In collaboration with our regional university, The University of the West Indies (UWI), Cavehill Campus, Barbados, we welcomed our first two interns to the farm for their summer internship program. They enjoyed a host of activities both in and out of the greenhouse. Daily activities included testing our system water for nutrient levels, catching and weighing fish, seeding, transplanting, and harvesting plants, and data recording and management.
